All five Python teaching notebooks executed in fresh kernels: diffusion, walkers, phase-field, Monte Carlo and structure/correlation. Their saved outputs are included.
All four corresponding Julia teaching scripts executed with all stage assertions passing.
Julia notebook-kernel execution was not tested; the notebook code cells match the tested scripts.
The short stage runs do not establish spatial convergence or reproduce every long simulation.
The original complete teaching simulation files and previously published results were preserved unchanged.

Python and C matched independent flood-fill partitions for 1128 bounded/periodic grids: all 512 binary 3x3 grids, 50 seeded rectangular grids and 2 thin grids.
Julia matched the same 1128 independent reference partitions; script checkpoints passed.
Python notebook executed from a clean kernel with all eight stages and saved outputs.
Julia script executed; Julia notebook cells are identical to the tested script, but IJulia kernel execution was not tested.
Historical C sources were inspected and preserved. The historical programs were not certified by these new-implementation checks.

Coupled Fourier solve with unequal gradient coefficients matched an independent NumPy linear solve: maximum error 3.14e-16.
The saved field is a transient demonstration, not an established equilibrium or convergence study. The minimum mole fraction is slightly negative; no clipping is applied.
The structure/correlation notebook was executed again from a clean kernel.
